The Old Turner Inn is a vacation rental home located by the beach and the iconic Green Pleasure Pier in the cozy oceanfront town of Avalon on Catalina Island, California.

This historic 1926 Inn will make a charming retreat for up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom - 7 bathrooms total.

Recently restored, The Old Turner Inn is 2730 square feet and is uniquely suited to host families, wedding parties, and reunions with prime access to all the sights.

Luxurious mattresses and linens, classic furnishings, individual climate control - all the amenities to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Vons grocery store, ferry, shops, and the historic Casino.
The Old Turner Inn is a smoke and pet free environment.

LOW SEASON RATE (October 1 - March 31): $2,000 per night, 3rd night $1,250.
HIGH SEASON RATE (April 1 - September 30): $3,000 per night, 3rd night $2,000.
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's at High Season Rate.
Fees: 12% TOT City Tax plus $300 one-time cleaning fee.
You are booking the entire Inn.
Capacity: Sleeps 12 people.
Minimum stay: 2-nights.
